Subscription Cancellation Policy
You have the right to cancel any subscription account within 7 days of purchasing. After this period, unless Paperdata fails to provide what we specify in your subscription bundle, a no refund policy is in force. We try our best to provide you with the highest quality service possible for your subscription bundle.
Subscription Cancellation Policy (Europe only)
If you have registered a new, paid Paperdata subscription and are located in a country that resides in Europe (listed below), you have the right by European legislation to cancel your subscription within specified time periods. It is your right to exercise this if you wish.
Exercising your rights in Europe
The way to exercise your right of cancellation is by sending a notice of cancellation via email to email@example.com or contacting Paperdata support on +44 (0)844 8040260. You must give details of your account such as account username, your country (some differ on legislation) and specify that you wish you cancel your account under our cancellation policy.
No details of your cancellation are needed to be refunded, but it would be helpful if you could explain why.
If payment has not been refunded within 30 days of cancellation, please contact our support staff. Your payment may not have been processed but your Auto-renewal will have been cancelled to stop any further payments.

Can I cancel if there’s an outstanding payment against my account?
Yes, accounts can be cancelled while a payment is outstanding against your account. Although the account will be in a dormant state until the payment is received, only then will your account be fully cancelled.
